Important quick question!!!

Hey i'm ordering a 2003-2004 cobra front bumper for my 2001 mustang bullitt my question is my grill (mach 1 grill delete) was smashed by a deer and i need a new grill what grill can i use because the mach 1 grill delete says it will not fit a cobra!!! What can i use for a grill/pony i don't want the cobra emblem on my front end i want my running horse!!!! HELP!!!

just go buy a running horse emblem. google it, they are out there. in fact, the COBRA on the front of cobras are aftermarket if im not mistaken.

dont worry, you can get the piece you need.

My question is can i order a mach 1 grill delete or what??? The deer broke my emblem bracket and everything!

go to the mustangs, 79-04, then body, and here ya go. it is about 25 buckks for the grill emblem.

it is amazing what you can find with 5 minuits of spare time and 2 - 3 google searches

no you dont need the delete. if you just screwed up the bumper cover then all you need is the bumper cober. the cobras diddnt have grills, all they had was the pony on a post.

dude, THOUSANDS of people put cobra bumpers on thier stang and got he pony on without a problem, it can be done, it shouldnt have any effect on you buying a cobra bumper.

if it broke you bracket you will need a new bracket regardless. it has nothing to do with the mach1 delete kit.

is your insurance covering this?

Yes insurance is covering it so I just ordered a new bracket from latemodelrestoration.com and a stars and stripes pony form AM.com HAPPY TIMES!

If your talking about the flat black piece that goes along the bumper that replaces the honeycomb grill, then no, you do not need it for the cobra bumper. The only thing you need is the running horse emblem and the piece that coves the radiator, but that you don't need. The cobra bumper is different from the GT/Mach, is doesn't use that piece I mentioned. You will be fine. I have the same bumper and had the grill delete beforehand
