Default Again MattJ to the rescue.....

Alright so im looking to have a mild system by this summer and im pretty much a newb when it comes to car audio. I mean i know certain things but not enough and i need some help. I was wondering if this setup will work....

HU- Almani 804, 40W x 4 channels
Subs- Almani S5-12" 600W RMS and 1200W peak (not sure whether i want just one or two)
Amp- Almani CA-1600W-2, 800W x 2rms (2ohm)
and 4 guage wiring.

My main dilema and question wuld be on the amp. Will that amp work, or do i need something more powerful?

Oh and i forgot to add right now i have this Sony Head unit-CDX-R5715X- 52Wx4.

sounds like a pretty shitty setup to me. ditch that garbage audio and go with someone that makes quality stuff. what are you willing to spend?

if thats all you have to spend, save it. youll waste your money on a sub-par setup that sounds like ****.
