Default Convertible top care

Hello everybody!

I'm a newbie to this board and I would like to pick a few brains here for any suggestions, tips and help.

I recently purchased a 2003 GT convertible (my first convertible) with a tan top and I'm curious how to take care of it and keep it in tip top shape. Is there any "servicing" or lubricating that needs to be done? How about conditioners? Any cleaning tips? Is ther any special tips for winter care.... I do live in Minnesota and it will see limited use in the snow and salt.

I thank you for your two cents!!!
