Default Question.

Well, about a month ago I put a Chin Spoiler on and I think I used like Goo Gone or something to get the tape residue off. Now I have white spots all over it and it looks like crap. Armor All works for like a week and then the shine disapears. Does anybody have any ideas? I thought about just painting over the whole thing with some special plastic paint, but that is a last resort. Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try using a strong cleaner on it and then hit it with some tire shine. The spoiler on the front of my Cobra has been abused because it sit's so low and that it what I done to mine.

Goto the body shop section of any automotive store and get some plastic repair chemical. Youll see it, its a spray can that restores black to plastic again.

Id try some http://www.autogeek.net/303aecl.html and http://www.autogeek.net/303aerprot.html to protect it. Tire shine really wont give you the protection you want for it. You can also use the 303 protectant on your dash etc. 303 has some great products.
