my car should be getting painted in the next couple of months or so but i am still undicided about what color i should paint it any ideas. I was thinking some kind of a mettalic paint

anywhere from $500-$10,000 depends on you and how much you wanna spend.

well i just have to buy the paint cuz i have an uncle that paints cars and he will paint mine for free so i dont think it will cost that much

Depending on where you went you could get a good paint job from the 1,000 to 2,000 area around here. Thats a body shop job it would last and look good. In the numbers above that your talking your very good paint jobs that they spend extra time getting all of the orange peel out and it just looks awesome.

For me im getting mine repainted in a few weeks but i have sanded the car down myself so i get a dramatic discount on the paint job.

yeah all i have to worry is about the price of the paint cuz i will sand my car too which i have done before and it sucks

i think a dark color looks nice with those body line slike mineral grey, dark shadow grey, regualr ford grey and silver looks tight too. but i am a silver and grey kinda guy.

eww please dont do flashy colors on a fox they are too boxy and look weird, well to me at least.

Boy you need some new interior pieces might as well strip it but some seats from Jegs or Summit and repaint the interior while the car can be painted fully

cool that you're getting it painted. I think the classic blue with white stripe or yellow with a black stripe would make it look aggressive. What type of look are you going for? Aggressive? Subtle? Flashy?

I have seen DSG on a 94-98
I nearly wet myself... looks awesome... i think it would look sick on a fox too

If you want a aggresive/sinister look go for a darker greens blues and my fav black:clap:

Paint it sonic blue. My buddys brother is painting his 87 with a 460, sonic blue. I posted some pictures of it but its not done yet. it looks badass so far.
