I've been looking at Katzkin leather interiors. They make a great product. You take off the leather seat covers and put theirs on in place of the stock ones. I saw one on a 2006 Mustang, and it was awesome. They offer so many different colors and options, and even custom embroidery and embossing, so I can keep the pony on my seat. The only drawback is the price, about $1000 for the front and backs, although that's a good deal in comparison to Cobra seats or other alternatives.
