Can anyone tell me if the "seams" or more like "scars" by the map pocket on my interior door panels are supposed to be there? Is this a factory issue based on the way the panels are made? I have an '04 GT Conv. with dark charcoal interior. They almost look like someone scratched the panel and then tried to cover it with a line of touch-up paint. It's on both door panels. Later.

 

I know the portion by the map pocket is made of hard plastic, or a like material. And this type of material is subject to scarring. But no way should they look scarred from the factory. Go to Ford and enforce that bumper-to-bumper warranty. And good luck with that.
