Default Caliper Paint

So as my car is in the shop for the week, I was thinking about painting the caliper's a different color.

I was thinking silver, to go with the look of the car.. does anybody suggest anything else?

There was a kit I saw on the shelf at Advanced, a Brake Caliper painting kit, came with the paint, the cleaning solution, the brush to clean em' with.

i would do black red will be too much attention to tiny brakes. those 18's make them look so small. paint the bracket silver and be done with it.

I just had my calipers powdercoated. I know the pic is crap but it is all I have right now and I don't have any pics yet with the wheels on but i will take some tomorrow. I like the way they look.

Have you just heared about it or did you use VHT? and how long ago did you do it?

I did a write up awhile ago...might still be in the how to section......I have used VHT and is the best i've used so far its not that spread on junk its actually in spray can. In my opinion its a easier application process as well as durability

Hell with the duplicolor if you spray brake cleaner on it it will fade then chip away.....I just did my brakes and nor did the VHT chip or fade I'm really impressed with it

Edit:
Here you can even see in the first pic is duplicolor after maybe a year or less

I'll go with the Silver, unless it would look better all of them black or all of them silver. This is all news to me guys, I want to get the general opinion before I go out and spend the money.

Red here....adds a nice touch. Silver would look no different. Just do the red, you won't regret it.
