How to input info for email tunes?

How to input info for email tunes?
I have changed mods on my car and require a new tune. I purchased an xcal3 with free tunes for life. Where can I go to enter the info to get another tune sent to me via email?
Also, I see several different options on the tuner for idle. Which of these options will change my idle?
