How do I get the Cigarette Lighter Bezel for free as it advertises at the bottom of the sct 4-bank description?

What would give better gas milage an 87 economy tune or an 93 economy tune?
I want to get an 93 performance tune and some kind of economy tune but dont wanna keep switching between 93 and 87 octane. Would the difference in cent per mile be the great? Hate to be so picky/bothersome.

Does the 4-bank chip hold basically the same tunes as the SCT XCalibrator tuner?
