UPR Billet Fuel Door

UPR Billet Fuel Door
I bought a flat black billet fuel door from uprproducts.com and i have a few comments to share and a few pointers for installation.
first off i was not very happy with the fitment when i first tried installing the fuel door. Fitment is very poor in my book. It was a quick and easy swap from the stock door however i had to make a trip to the hardware store. anyways back to the fitment. the door comes with 2 U shaped brackets to hold the door in place on the left side and it bolts up to the stock location on the right side. easy enough...with both U brackets in place the stock holes on the right side wouldn't line up. So i removed the U brackets and bolted the right side down into the stock location. I figured thats how it would line up. Then I figured i could get the U clamps on the left side...wrong. One fit perfect the other one was off too far and i couldn't get the screw through the door and into the U clamp. I found the same exact style screws at home depot for around .80 cents for 2. I bought a few that were slightly longer and got them screwed into the other U clamp.
It works and looks nice and you can't tell that I used different screws or anything like that. So I am happy with the finished product however not happy with the initial fitment.
with a couple basic hand tools removal and installation with the correct size screws takes only 10 minutes as it is an extremely easy swap.
