Default vortech S-trim

ok y'all after EXTENSIVE research and keeping money in check, im going to be purchasing the vortech charger. I'm getting the tuner kit of course but question, do I need this vortech mini race valve thingy or w/e it is. WHAT is it and do I need it? Will be around 380RWHP

you only need it when you have a a/a intercooler like i do. thats why i got one. otherwise i would just have the stock one that comes with the kit.

vortech supercharger kit comes with a bypass valve. its not big enough for a a/a intercooler setup thats why i have the racing bypass valve and the stock vortech bypass hooked up on my car.

I don't want to hijack the thread, but I think the original poster might be interested too.
Maybe I misread your posts, but it sounds like you're running a Vortech yourself, and with an air to air cooler. If I have this right, what kind of cooler setup do you have?

I haven't investigated yet, so I'll be lazy and ask you....... does the Paxton have the inlet and outlet on the correct sides to match the Vortech, or did you have to make some mods?

all you have to do is re clock the the outlet side of the blower. its real easy.
