I have an 04 5spd Gt. Equipped with: Vortech s-trim, Stock pulley, delphi 42lb injectors, lightning maf, o/r X pipe, slp exhaust, 3.73 gears, with a custom dyno tune i had 361hp and 389 torque with a cool engine..

now i am going to have: front mount intercooler, 3.12 pulley, Ford Green top 42 lb injectors (the other injectors were'nt working that well with the lightning maf), and an HKS Race bypass, not sure wether to make the setup blow thru or to keep it suck thru.....im hoping for 400rwhp, U think i'll be making this at my next tuning session..

On average, adding an intercooler or aftercooler can yeild 30 HP. You are adding quite a few more things such as better injectors and a smaller pulley to run higher boost. Its common for people with your setup to be well at 390+ HP to the wheels.

 

The HKS race bypass should yield a few more psi as well, i can hear the stock vortech bypass opening under boost.. hoping to be pushing 400rwhp with 10 psi of intercooled boost, im pretty sure the pulley plus the race bypass will give me around 11-12 psi, but i'l adjust the boost wit hthe bypass, have it open a little to vent out some boost, just to keep my engien in one piece till my stroker..
