Default Wuh oh

So Spike, I forgot to turn my bottle off last week or some crap, got up, bottle was empty, stainless line was basically froze on that fugger. The bottle nut came off before the line did.

So I refilled friday, saturday I turned it on, then back off, and I could hear leaking. So I'm imagining the burst disc, well, bursted?

If your burst disc blew out, you wouldnt even be able to fill it. Mine blew at one point because i left the bottle in the car in the heat. Id say check for leaks in your lines and the connections, use soapy water, look for bubbles.

I'm with him on this. You can't fill the bottle if the burst disc is broken. You must have a bad connection on the solenoid hence why it was frozen right there.

No it was froze at the bottle nut..wasn't ice or nothin but I mean STUCK. I ended up taking the bottle nut off cause the car was goin to the body shop and I just wanted the bottle out of the car..

So after further investigation and feeling around..seems to me the nitrous is coming from the bottlenut.. where it threads.. so I'm thinking I lost a o-ring or a washer or something? Its a NX bottle, I don't remember if there was one on it..

This only happens when I turn the bottle on then off, and its a slow leak. I purged the nitrous through my lines and it purged out fine however..

The big bottle nut has a seal for it. All bottles have a seal for that. You can use some Teflon paste (aka liquid pipe sealant) there as well to make sure it does not leak. I have Teflon paste on all of my connections so they do not leak as much.
