Default SuperCharger

Have a 2008 V6 Mustang. Is it worth it to purchase a super charger for it? And if i do, do i have to change anything else on the car to suport the new horsepower?

Thanks,

I'm not hating on the fact that you have a v6, but if you've got the money for a SC why did you get the v6?

Is your car bone-stock?

What blower are you looking at now? I recommend Kenne Bell blowers because I knew a guy that had one and it was the shiz.

For a stock v6, CAI, UPDs, and Nitrous (as much as I'm against it) will do pretty well for you. And 3.73s or 4.10s are encouraged for the "umph" they offer as well, even though no hp is actually created from that mod.

I'm not familiar with "X charger", but the place seems legit. That lady is annoying how she tries to sound intelligent and look sexy. Both of which she's failing at.

Pretty sure Kenny Belle does not make blower kits for the v6 cars. You can supercharge your car and make enough power to beat most of the v8s you come across. Most kits will come with everything or very close to everything minus fuel upgrades and or a tuner. Just depends on the kit you get. Once again I'm a big procharger fan so that's what I would recommend.

Here is a little article on that setup on an 05 v6 car.

injectors, fuel pump. will prolly be all you need to get it working.

you will also need T-lock so both tires spin to get traction.

with the p1-sc procharger kit all i needed was injectors. everything else came with the kit.
