my new Vortech S/C kit came in today. damn this instruction booklet is pretty detailed.

how difficult is this the installation on a 94-95 5.0l GT, for all of you who have done it?

There easy to install hardest part is tapping the pan and thats pretty easy to do.

Only run the pipe tap about halfway through at most! I found out the hard way trying to run the whole tap through and the hole was too big. Ended up tapping it out to 1/2 inch and using another fitting to adapt it. PITA

As far as 5.0 Mustangs go, the '94-'95 Vortech installation is the more difficult. The worst part is trying to properly bend the steel A/C lines without kinking or rupturing them.
