The hood cost $565 plus $125 for shipping.I have seen them cheaper on Ebay but to be safe I went direct.

regardless if 4.6 love or anyone else doesn't like it...it's unique...and it's awesome. It's got greatform, a nice bulge(ladies like the bulge), blends well but it still noticeable. Did you notice a difference in weight? And what are you gona do with your stock hood? Don't paint it to match. Be proud...it rocks. If I wasn't planning on getting headers next, I'd spend the header money on that exact hood, but I dunno if my color can pull of the carbon fiber color.

Thanks Danny.Yea you could really tell the stock hood had more wieght.I'm going to keep the stock hood for now but if the right offer came up I would part with it.No I am not going to paint it.If you could see it for real it really matches up well.

Looks great Lance. I say leave the hood the way it is. You can always paint it later if you change your mind.

Looking good lance, but I do agree about it being painted. If you like it unpainted, that's your preference. It doesnt matter what the rest of us think as long as you like it.

Yea I tried to get ahold of the company that makes the functional one in CF but could'nt get ahold of them and on Ebay they don't have good feedback. Also VIS makes damn good fitting hoods.
