Default Friends spark plug.

Me and friend was cruising in his 99gt, and he floored it, we hit around 120 or so then let off. Afterwards the car started missing. So we went to advance found the cylinder that was messing up and pulled the plug to find this.

Is that from pre-ignition? It's running fine now that we replaced the plug. Also it was in the cylinder that had to be fixed with a helicoil.

Kinda looks like mechanical damage or pre ignition. I can't really tell. It made an AWFUL smell come out of the exhaust when it started missing.

Ummmmm let me guess? He's never changed his spark plugs, car probably isn't tuned, and he runs shitty fuel? Or he got the wrong spark plugs WHEN/IF he replaced them.

Looks like a combo of all three has slowly been taking that spark plug out.

Just FYI, I bet the cylinder walls are destroyed too. Copper melts, but it has to go somewhere.
