I just removed mine, so I don't have one. haha

Removed it completely or cut it like his?
My radio works perfectly fine, no problems.
and by all means look so much better and cleaner.

Mine is removed completely, I just have a black screw in it... I don't use my radio much but the few times my ipod died on the way from my parents to college I couldn't get any stations. It looks a lot better without it though.

sitting in my driveway it was no different. took it back off to paint it so i haven't driven it with it on yet. prob going to paint it this weekend and throw it on before i go to the car show in lampasses. it's a good 45 minute drive in the country so i will be able to tell if it matters or not.

hey i saw a pack of vacum line plugs/caps in the help section at autozone last time i was in there. they have different sizes. so you might try putting one over your screw if you would like a cleaner look up close. they are just little black rubber caps about half inch long.

yes, i look at them both on and i mean, wow, the original didn't look awkward at all until i saw the shortie on there. when i put the stock one back on i thought it looked like a freaking fishing pole. i think i will keep it the 15" i have for now. next time i am in the junkyard i wll get me another one for 2$ and shorten it to 12" that way if i don't like it i won't have to go back to the fishing pole

Well I sitll have my thing attacted where it takes 3 screws to hold it down. I just unscrewed the antenna and left it with the base thing there.
