my new daily driver.
yes i got a new daily driver. check her out:
driving home, i had to be careful with the brakes, cause a rotor broke in 4 pieces. i replaced the rotor though, brakes work perfectly. i like the wheels on it, it's pimptastic. i finally have a car that works! i just gotta replace either A: the alternator or B: the battery. because when she starts, it will run forever. it's starting it over and over when it won't start, so it really sounds like the battery. won't hold a charge. except for the windows, everything works just fine. she nearly has 200,000 miles too. rock solid reliability.

Winter beater for the win!
PS- You really need to clean up the side of your house lol. Throw that trash away. Reminds me of my roommate who leaves **** all over his floor. You can't even see the carpet in his room.

Mines a 1989 Nissan Duraliner. 400k+ miles, Been hit directly by lightning, and a tree has fallen on it. Still runs well. A/C and heater works, the radio doesnt nor does the speedometer. But hey with a 2.2 4 cyl engine HOW could i go faster than the speed limit? Although 1st and 2nd gears are torquey an fun in the rain. Ill post pics tommorow whenever my brother isnt using it.

it only looks rough at that one spot. the interior is clean, and the engine runs nicely. it has issues, but they are minor.

gotta love those cheap as cars to fart around in. i paid 200 for my 90 buick century which i got rid of because someone with no insurance rear ended me and f-ed it all up. before that one i had a 500 dollar 88 toyota corolla. they were cheap *** rides that got you from a to b with no problems.

My winter beater is an '89 Toyota Cambry with a big ol' 2.0L lol. Picked this baby up for $600 locally and it has just about 144k on it, which is pretty damn good for the year. The only single piece of rust on the vehicle is near the back passenger's side door at the roof line, but other than that the car is a typical mint Florida car.
What we've replaced so far are the lower control arms and tie-rods, which were shot to hell. Not cheap, but makes the front end feel much better. Before it shook like a damn machine at highway speeds. Had to put a new ignition in it too. Other than that I got two fresh winter tires for the front, but they weren't really needed. I take that back; here in Western NY, they are a necessity. Add to that wiper blades and some other micellaneous stuff and it's a pretty damn decent car with good mileage!
Enjoy haha. I sure do.
