Doing Work. (As Dustin would say)
lol, thanks guys! The car actually ran it's best 1/8th time ever last night, 8.54 @ about 81 mph. Not too shabby for an N/A car with 3:73's.
Nick, we race there just about every Friday night when there's not a Nascar or IRL event happening. Delk performance adrenaline drags. http://delkperformance.com/AreaRacing.html

Looking at your sig. You went 13.59@99? Any idea why you trapped so low? Man I ran a 13.70@102 with 4.10's! The only time I ever ran under 100 miles per hour was when I was stock, running a 14.1-14.2
8.54 is pretty good. On my 12.6 pass my 1/8th was 8.16@88.6

and that track is ****. look at it. i'd be concerned that someone would come into my lane if they lost control. lol.
explain how that track is ****.
that better?
Heres our local drag strip. NHRA comes here, Pinks, Nopi etc.

Ok, so a barrier between the lanes that ends long before either car is up to speed is that much better? I think not. When do drag cars lose control...its almost never right at the start...ya know...the ONLY place where that barrier is. So I just cant see where you are coming from. as usual.

friggin.
Dude, there is at least 10-15 feet between the cars, just like most other small 1/8th drag strips. I agree that it is nothing like racing at Beech bend, but it gets the job done and it's hella fun.

Really? It doesn't look it in the picture. I stand corrected!
