Default New shoot after wash.

I tried to add this to my old thread but it wouldn't let me edit the title. Well I got a chance for a good wash today. The lighting wasn't great (only a slight overcast at 2PM) so a lot of the pics were to washed out. Here are a few that came out ok. I am open to any constructive criticism on the car or photography.

Like i said in the other thread, definitely needs tail light tint!

Car looks great but its so dark themed that the bright red tail lights really throws it off!

Tail light tint for sure, but your car is clean!

Lovin it dude. Only thing I'd do is smoke the tails to match and change out the center caps.

Actually I think Brandon had that look first. But the car looks sick regardless.

The tails will most likely be the next mod.

The car looks great! Repaint that rear bumper and you're set!

I don't think it is any closer looking to pure's than to yours.

I installed my tint yesterday. I just got one of the cheapo ebay sets and was really happy with the quality for $13 tint.

The cheap ebay set warped my taillights a few years ago.

Well I replaced the tails last year but I make my own tint now. I go to Wal-Mart and buy a roll of the static cling 20% tint. Cut my own, spray, squeegee, done. Now when I need to replace them I just cut some more. Since I already have the shapes cut I just slap the old ones down and pretty much re-trace.

I thought about doing that for the side markers and third brake light. Does that tint stretch as much as the ebay stuff?

It stretches. My ebay tint was much thicker than what I use now. I think that was the problem that caused it to warp my tails. It was absorbing too much heat with my lights on.

Oh ok. Thanks for the heads up. My tint was pretty thin so I should be ok. I will keep an eye on it now though.
