Default Wash, Clay, Wash, Wax, Wax

Well, after 8 hours of detailing on Good Friday, I decided to pic ***** my car and a friend's truck. I was pretty pleased with what came out, except most of the pics are a little blurry. My camera sucks. I don't know if you guys can fix blurryness with photoshop, but if you could help out it would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy.

Looks good. If you don't mind, can you list the products you used and such?

Well, i really didnt use anything out of the ordinary.

washed with zip wax car wash (wasnt much wax left on to wash off with dawn)
dried with absorber
clayed with mothers clay bar and detail spray/soapy water
washed again with zip wax car wash and dried with absorber
HAND waxed with meguiars cleaner wax
HAND waxed turtle wax finish 2001

the door jams, just clean those off once when you wash with the car wash and water. then, every time you get done washing you car from then on, open your doors and dry those off with your absorber. it keeps them clean and prevents you from having to get those hard-to-reach areas every time.

Wheels, i used some kind of wheel polish...i will have to get back with you on that one it was my friends.

Thanks for the compliments, hope this helps.

Yeah, I painted them. Clean with alchohol. Prep with adhesion promoter. Paint with Krylon Fusion (I did like 5 or 6 coats). Paint with clearcoat (2-3coats).

Ummm...yeah, I'm pretty pissed right now. I would have posted this yesterday but i was on a college day most of the day. Well, the night before last they were predicting maybe rain, but most likely not. It was really supposed to rain yesterday morning. So I leave my car outside since there is BARELY room for it in the garage with my moms car. Well, I leave my window open that night to my room. At 1 AM i wake up to the sound of hail punding my gutter and window. I WAS PISSED. I went downstairs and my parents were awake too, but there was really nothing we could do. Usually hail will stop within a minute or so. NO, this lasted like 10 minutes at least. Nedless to say, I went to bed very upset. I looked at it yesterday and it didn't seem to do much, but i think there are a couple LITTLE scratches on the roof from it. They look like they might buff out.

So MORAL of the story: The Weather Man is a r3t@rd.

Last Sunday, they predicted we were supposed to get a tornado, and all we got was like 1 minute of light rain. Then, night before last it sure would have been nice of them to tell us it was going to possibly hail.
