Default The Sky is the limit...hmm?

Okay, so the Saturn dealership in town is crashing along with pretty much all other GM companies. So there are quite the deals...so my mom picked up this beautiful 2007 Silver Saturn Sky . It's a Turbocharged 4cyl and boy does it hustle. I don't have any spec info on it yet because I don't know much about the Sky's, but I'll post something up about it sometime I'm sure. Anyway, onto the pics!

This is not an official shoot, just a spur of the moment type of thing. But I'll get an actual photoshoot put together with it probably before the end of next week. It's getting detailed on Monday, so probably then but we'll see how it goes.

That's pretty damn nice, is that the Saturn version of the Solstice? Looks hella nice. How good of a deal did she get on it?

Well the 2009 models with like 12mi sell for $39k....this is a 2007 model with 4,000mi for $22k.

To answer your question: One helluva deal!

One of the gayest cars ever. But at least a girl is driving it.

Yes it's RWD, and this is not a gay car by any means. This car has a 260hp DOHC I4 that puts 260lbs to the ground.

It's the Redline version by the way.

Isn't the Solstice a little lighter weight?

It's the same car as the Solstice but with a different front end.I drove a few of them before I bought the Z but the Z was built allot better and had allot better power. They are fun to drive though.

And no way is that car $39,000.I looked at them fully loaded and the highest sticker I have seen is about $32000.

My wifes Uncle has one and he's afraid to race my Z

Well yeah, it's a Z. I wouldn't race a Z with that, no way. But it's still a fun car. And the 2009 Redline's around here around around $35-$39k after tag and tax.

I'd race a Z in one. 260hp at about 2800-2900lbs vs. 300hp at about 3200-3300lbs. Seems pretty fair.

I second that...its gayer than the pontiac solstice....and $22k???? car dealers shouldn't be complaining if those lame *** cars are actually selling.

I can think of hundreds of used cars i'd spend 22k or less on before i buy saturn garbage that about to be axed.

Saturn was one of the only car companies to turn a profit last year. It's not that bad of a looking car. I'd take a solstice over it though. Plus you can drop in a LSx.

Not really

It would be a good race between that and a 99-04 Stock Mustang though.
