I have a few new pictures to show you of my moms Mustang that was attacked by something still unknown. Maybe some of these pics can help you get a better idea of paw size, etc...

 

Now that I see someone's hand for scale by those claw marks, I'd doubt it was a panther.

The Mustang has already been sent to the body shop. $2400 of damage. Jeep has not been quoted yet. Luckily there is a shop somewhat local that pays your deductible for you, comes and picks your car up, and brings it back to your house.
