You're exactly right. It's a marketing gimmick. Ford wants experts to say it's the best mustang ever made so that more will sell. The newest one is always going to be the best one ever made.

The Camaro is the ugliest thing alive. The 2010 is definitely better in person, and nothing beats the 2010 GT500. Period. Best looking mustang ever made.

However it would be a hard decision between this and the 2010 GT500.

i pass a ford dealer on the way down to york today that had a 2010 mustang GT in grabber blue and it looked pretty sick!!!

 

i love the kona blue. not too huge on the grabber blue tho

 

I agree. The kona blue is a great color, but the grabber blue just seems to light for me. It seems more fit for a chick's car.

 

Yeah i dont really like grabber blue. Kona blue is the best 010 color by far.

drove next to a grey '10 GT today on woodward!!! with a S197 grey one next to it. surprisingly with it being a saturday and 73 degrees here in michigan for the first time in a long time...not too many cruisers today when there usually is

You know what else pisses me off about the new mustangs...?
Its either an option, or it comes standard....but the '010 mustang has that reverse camera crap...
And that **** just doesnt belong on a muscle car. Leave that **** to mini-vans.

 

AGREED! if you own a muscle car you most likely know how to drive and dont need assistance backing up with a camera

 

Basically....the less buttons and gagdets, the better.

 

I went to my dealership today and they had a silver 2010 GT Vert with the chrome "FR500s". It looked alright on the outside. They also had the dark grey GT coupe with the 19" wheels and it was nice looking. The rear looks better in person.

The thing i was most impressed with was the interior. It was the nicest interior I have seen in a mustang. It by far was better than any corvette interior or previous mustang models.

Yeah, I have to agree with that. The 03 cobras should be the benchmark for sexy mustangs.

 

every mustang i see around my area is male driven. there are two female driven ones. a 96 v6 vert with so many dents its a disgrace to mustang owners, and this lady that has a 2000 gt vert that she never drives and when she does she grandmas it
