ive been going back and forth of selling the mustang for a bike. but then again, im the most indecisive person when it comes to my vehicles. i guess i just gotta see how things pan out this summer.

I hate to say it but I don't like the Z's much either. It seems like the old guy sports car around here and they drive about 30mph everywhere.

Just cause the speedo says so, doesn't mean thats what the car can do. My Highlander speedo says 150 and I highly doubt it will hit that. A ZR1 corvette only hits like 205mph or something like that.

 

The 370z is limited to 155 but if that was off I doubt it would see past 165

 

The new bike looks badass dude. I liked the way the stickers looked on the bike, you just took them off for a cleaner look or what?

no, i have a v8. fastest bike i have ridden is my buddy's r1; full exhaust, steering dampener, power commander, custom dyno tune. that thing ripped. lots and lots of torque.

 

Yeah.. I like the Infiniti version better (called the G35 IIRC.)

Well now that I think about it, almost everyone seems like a douche on the road, because I have a modded mustang and they must think I'm a douche, so they give me that douche stare as we pass each other, because they probably think the same thing about me.

Any car could top over 200mph as long as it doesn't have all of the accesories. A car's top speed is not a determination of it's power. My Turbo'd SVT Focus could hit 170, higher than a 350Z but they'd still beat me because they were faster from 0-60.

The 370Z is just an angry, ugly *** fish. Built for the ricers by the ricers.

 

I'm going to go ahead and disagree on that one right there. It takes power to go fast, the faster you go the more power is needed to over come wind resistance. Of course aerodynamics take place in this as well, but that only gets you so far.

 

lol, my girlfriend's honda accord's speedometer goes up to 160 or something like that and I know for sure it can't reach those speeds

 

its all about horsepower and aerodynamics.....

i think that when Top Gear tested the Veyron, they said that it takes 100 horsepower to go 100mph and another 700hp to go the next 100 or something like that.

I'd say it's all about power and gearing. You can have all of the power in the world, but it won't do **** if the car is geared improperly. Aerodynamics is a factor, but most modern cars do pretty well in that department.

 

I think they said it takes the Veyron 300hp to get to 150mph, and an additional 700hp to do the next 100mph.
