Default New Guy From Arizona

Hi, my name is Jesse, I'm from Surprise, AZ (west Phoenix area), trying to get a look at my profile sig, making sure its not too large...

My 90 LX is the red one, used to be a 4 banger car, right now it wears Edelbrock heads, RPM II intake, TFS stage 2 cam, Maximum Motorsports rear suspension, Detroit Tru trac, 3.73 gears, much more, but those are the major mods. Was a consistent 12.60 car, with the best of a 12.54@106, but I ran into motor troubles, then ran out of money so its not running right now

The white 01 V6 is my daily car, 5 speed, BBK CAI, BBK headers, dual exhaust, fox body rear sway bar, Eibach springs, and obvious cosmetic changes, its a great car, has gotten the best of 33 mpg on the highway, and ran 15.6@88 at the track stone stock on the factory 16's.

Anyways, I'm done, hope to talk to you guys on the board here soon.

Wow, you almost followed the same exact path I did.

I had a 91 LX, but the engine went through some bad detonation and didn't have enough money to fix it. (The 5.0 never looked as good as your car though) and now I'm driving an 01 V6.

Welcome to the boards, and I must say that your LX is sick as hell. I visit the Mesa area quite a bit during the summer, if I end up going again I'd like to come check out your cars. They're pretty gnarly.

Well thanks guys...

Well king, your more than welcome to check them out, however if you want to look at my 90 you would have to come by my house, as of now it has just the short block sitting under the hood...

Nice cars and welcome to the forums. You need to do the free mod of cutting the stock antenna down on the v6 though.

stanger00, Luke AFB is like 2 miles south of my house, Speedworld is the track closest to me, I used to go out there every other weekend, they are constantly improving it, used to be a dirt road to get there. But the track itself is really nice, and I like it. Other tracks are Firebird (Chandler) or PIR (Phoeinix Int.) but I prefer Speedworld, less populated, more runs...

slim, yeah I thought about picking up a 4.6 car, but I have way too many plans for the fox, its hard enough buying stuff for 2 Mustangs, no way I could do 3.

I don't know about the shorty antenna, if anything I might just shave it like I did on my fox, run an antenna on the inside.
