Those have the chrome lips, though. Mine are going to be completely black....save for the assembly bolts.

The cool thing about these wheels, is if at any point I want a different colored lip or spokes, I can place an order for them, and swap them out whenever I want.

It's 1 one 5,582 made. Not exactly a low number, but the purists would say "Yes, it's a rare car."

I would say it's a limited production car. I don't think I'd classify it as rare, though.

yes its a rare car.. 5,000 made so 100 per state... ive seen 3 in orlando in the 18 years ive existed..

and the # is even lower if u count the ones that are just that dark green.
