Does anyone have any pictures of the 18" Black Saleens on a 94-98? I have a 96 white cobra and I really like those wheels, but I wanna see what they look like on the car before spending all that money...I can post a picture of my car if someone can photoshop :icon_bigg

 

Personally I dont like the black Saleens.Looks to plain for my taste.

 

Yeah I can see where your coming from, I really wish there was a chrome lip or something on them, but Im pretty much stuck on the "saleen" style wheels. Between Black and hyperblack cause chrome is too expensive for me right now and everyone has chrome. But thats why I wanted to see what they look like on the car.

 

why dont you get some black fr500 those are niceee.

 

Now I like the Hyperblack Saleens,it's just that the all black one's look like spare tires to me.

 

if you change your mind and get chrome saleen's check to entire wheel closely!! Ive had all kinds of problems with the finish and saleen only has a 30 day warranty on their wheels. I'm going to have to get them re chromed or buy some new ones. Maybe go withthe knock off brands!

 

Flow- You could go to tirerack.com and see. You just have to pick the year and color of your car...and find the wheels you want. It shows the pic of the car and the pic of the car w/ the wheels you want on it.

ooh... not to sure about putting the black rims on a white car... hrmmm...
as far as why regular black rims look like spare tires is they seem to just meld into the tire itself, since the saleens dont have a chrome lip like the bullitts...
My brother had a 1994 White V6... and he put Powdercoated white cobra R's on it... may sound a bit ricey to match the rims with the car, but it turned out good..


NOTE: his newest car is much better... silver 01' gt vert, black top, light bar, deep dish charcoal bullitts that just look AMAZING and JBA shorty headers, bassani catted X pipe and bassani exhaust, as well as steeda sport spings and tokico shocks to name a few mods... X_X

my rims are 17x9 F and 17x10.5 R...

 

Nothing looks better than white on white..PITA to keep clean but boy does it look good.
