Black Saleens on my car?
I want to put some Black Saleen Replicas on mine this summer. Or at least I think i want them black. How would they look? I plan on putting a saleen body kit on it sometime. My car is DSG. I have dark tinted windows and I think it would be cool. Also I have red brake calipers and I just think that it would look great on there like that. I plan on puttin some slotted rotors on it too.
The whole look is gonna be sinister looking. Its gonna have a saleen body kit with the S351-E Hood (hopefully) and the spoiler. Its gonna be lowered with H&R SS Springs. and its gonna have probably black saleens (275F 315R)

That thing is sweet! I think im gonna go with the black saleens. It would look sick with the saleen kit! I wont put saleen wheels on with a roush kit. Even though the roush kit does look pretty good. What if the hood and trunk were carbon fiber? Would that bee too ricey? Oh and im gonna have black tinted taillights real soon.

i'm not a fan of the black Saleen's. I dont like how they're ALL black, and with the tire thats just to much for my taste.
The Saleen kit will cost you a lot!! The kit with side scoops will be around1300 dollars from a reputable site. I saw that MT stopped carrying the kit?!?!?! Anyways, add at least another 8-900 dollars for prep, paint, install, so on. That's 2200 dollars. That's a lot for just looks, you could save about 500-600 for fiberglass but I wouldn't recommend it. Add the wheels and tire combo, there's another 1400 dollars. If you wanted to do the saleen decals as well it's like another 100 or so for the doors and 50? for the front windshield, and yet another 100 for saleem fender and trunk emblems.
My opinion save the money and use some of it for looks if you want and then do more power! You can never have enough of that.
