Couple of New Pics- Advice?
Now before you say anything, I know! It needs to be lowered...badly. Which should be taken care of next month. H&R SS, Tokico Hp Shocks/struts, and MM C/C Plates are my plan. Any Suggestions on that?
But my point is to get advice on taking pictures of the car. I feel so repetitive when I take pictures... always seems like I'm taking more of the same damn pictures but just with a new background. Which brings me to my next point. I can't find any good places to take pictures. I always take them at the park down the street from me and they always have trees in the background which gets boring. So after I got of work waited for everyone to leave and I took some pics at work out back just to get something different. When is the best time during the day to take pics? Always seems like I get too much light or not enough. I do know the sun is supposed to be behind you. So where are some good places to take pics? Tips on angles? Do I just mess around with it, taking pics from every angle and see what turns out? I just have a simple point and shoot 8 megapixel, I leave it on the auto settings but without flash when taking pictures of the car. Is there anything I should change with the settings to help better the pictures?
Well here are the pics. Let me know how these are. If you got any suggestions or tips for the car itself or the pictures, good or bad, just throw them at me! Thanks!

Was expecting some ******* comment from you to be quite honest lol. I actually have some Gt scoops (termi scoops), what ever the hell they're called, but never put them on. I might just sell them and get the Bullit scoops. Want the cleaner look and no fake scoop thing going on.Thanks man, appreciate it!
Thanks! Yeah yellow calipers for now lol....at the time I thought it'd look cool I guess. Will be panting them black or silver whenever i decide to get around to it. Just didn't want to paint them red and the red not match.
So instead you painted them yellow to make them way too out of place to worry about it matching. lol
Id rather have yellow then a red that didn't match my car color red, yeah. So shut up about the yellow dammit! lol.
Man, I love a wingless 'Stang! I am glad we live in Florida and don't have to have those goofy-*** front plates (no offense to any of you that have goofy-*** front plates), haha. It looks great.
Also, I feel the same about taking pictures of my car as you do, so I'm glad you asked the questions you did.

Best time of day is early morning, or late afternoon/evening. You don't want direct sunlight at like 11-2 area, it is just crappy and washes the picture out, makes it look slightly underexposed and ruins the contrast in the photo. Sunny days, with bits of clouds are always great, it provides ample lighting with out getting washed out from direct sun. As far as angles and backgrounds, try to pick things that compliment the color of the car. Also depending on the picture you are going for you don't want a background that is going to pull away from the car, since that is your subject. As far as specific angles, just try different ones, I usually like to look through pictures I have saved on my comp(from other people) and try to mimic some of them. You don't need to be outrageous and fancy as some of those really cool angles are done with Wide Angle Lenses on DSLR's that you point and shoot won't do. Also you might look into a tri-pod, your pictures above look oh so slightly like the camera was moved while taking them. As your taking a picture, and looking through the camera focusing on your subject try to think of how that picture will look hung in a frame, it will make you more aware of the background and where you are positioning your car in the photo.
This i think is a great example of a nice plain background that makes the car stand out and shows it off really well. Even though the red stands out, you eye still draws to the mustang.

here is a red car, against a green background, stands out nicely and because the background isn't close to the car it gets faded out adding to the effect:

This is just some of the basic stuff I have picked up on and try to incorporate into my pictures.
