Call me a pessimist, but I don't think the Cobra R bumper will look good at all. I'm not the biggest Cobra R fan in the world. But a chin spoiler would look great with the wheels. A shorty antenna would look nice too, btw.

You just need to wet the bumper with the car in the shade and the put bug remover on it and let it sit for a bit then go and wash it very well. After that if it still has bugs which more then likely it still will have some, you would want to use a clay bar kit and see how that does with the remaining bug juice. Without using a good polish I cant say for sure you will get all of it off, but I bet you can get most of it off by doing that.
