Default New photoshoot 56k beware!

Here is my newest shoot of the cobra. The last 5 pics are HDR's. Took them free hand but feel them came out pretty good. Was sure to grab a few with the top up this time.

Man, your paint is spotless! I think the HDRs at the end are beautiful. Nice spots to shoot too. : D What mods do you have planned for it?

Thanks man! H&R race springs, silver fr500's is what I am thinking now, but keep flip flopping between those and chrome saleens, style bar, teoneou covers, and a bunch of other odds and ends to bring it all together, but those are the main pieces for visual stuff, plus a whole pile of performance pieces I want.

Awesome car man! I'm sure whichever way you go mod-wise will look great.

Now that you've had both, which do you like better, Convertible or Coupe? And how much more fun is it than the sixer? lol.

Convertible hands down! Now if you are going to do alot of drag racing get the coupe, much easier to go faster with less safety mods that you need to make to the vert.
However, since I don't drag race much, more into autox and weekend back roads then vert takes the win for me. Nothing like listening to the sound of a V8 as you mash the pedal through all the gears and zip through some canyon roads. Not to mention just driving slow through downtown with the top down is awesome. As for a comparison to the sixer, I just shook my head and said why didn't ford make that poor 3.8 better!! The power is awesome, the IRS( I know hated by many for drag racing and just the wheel hop it produces) rides awesome for cruising and feels much more planted though the corners. Even my friends noticed a difference in the ride. The brakes are awesome, soo much better then the tiny stock ones on the sixer. As you can tell I love this car a whole lot!

btw the power is worlds better, the higher you rev it, the more power it makes, it's awesome. I hated how in my V6 it felt like if you went WOT or half throttle the acceleration always felt the same to me, this one just makes me smile everytime!

Thanks man! Oh I got it a few weeks ago, absolutely love it. I am shooting with a canon rebel xt with the standard 18-55mm kit lense.

I use that Armor All stuff that you squeeze out on to there applicator sponge. The Extreme Shine Gel is what they call it.
Was using that black magic stuff that sprayed out, hated the way it left a thick paste on the tire weeks after it lost it's shine. This stuff lasts a good while, and cleans off without much work.

Looks good man!
Something else that would look good are the chrome inserts and replacing that pony grille emblem for a cobra one

Oh no worries, they fall in the odds and ends catagory of mods, however I think I am keeping the mustang in the front, after all it is a Mustang Cobra
