Let the Modding begin!
Not exactly what you might have expected.... LOL!
New roof went on today, 30 year Architectural "shadow" shingles & ridge vents.

Let me know what you think, I think it looks much better and for the investment it was well worth it. Spent $2,200 for the whole deal. It's good to know people!
BTW: The old roof was shot. The idiots that built the house didn't properly vent the roof, the circle shows the only ventilation that was built in. They had baked to a crisp. I think there is literally still more rock pieces and old dried up asphalt in the gutters than there was on the roof..

Good choice on your part man. I can't believe they didn't even pop in any roof vents. That's like roofing 101.
