IMO I would spend the money on shocks and struts if I remember right you were going to hold off on those (I may be wrong though). With that 2" drop your going to screw your car pretty quick with stock shocks and struts

Keep the stripes. IMO, they add some contrast. You're car looks good with the white/black combo....

Leaving the stock shocks and struts on will do nothing to hurt the car as a whole...just the shocks and struts themselves.

And I definitely like the side stripes, I think your car looks way better with them than without them.

Correct me if im wrong but, wouldn't the new springs cause less wear on the shocks/struts? With it being lower the shocks and struts have to travel less distance, causing less wear? Maybe its a crazy idea of mine but thats what i would think.

The stock shocks/struts will blow eventually since the new springs being shorter than the stocks ones make the shocks/struts stay compressed a certain amount all of the time.

And everyone seems to have a mixed opinion on the stripes..lol

We shall see.

I got mine done at Tint Spectrum which is now XXX Motorsports over off Palafox. A friend of mine (Ken) worked there and did a great job. However the rear glass was not re-tinted. The side tint started coming off and looked like crapola so I everything redone except for the back glass. I am redoing the whole car again soon. I got some sand down in the passenger window at the beach with the windows down and it scratched it when I rolled it up/down. On a drunken night at TGI Fridays I was getting in and slapped my seatbelt against the driver window and it made a little slit in it.

A friend of mine in Milton used to do work for dealerships and does an awesome job from home. I am going there in a couple of weeks to get it done again.

How much did they charge ya?
And if something might be down the doorpanel where the windows go, would the possibly mess up the tint? My passenger window rolls up/down much slower than the driver's side does so I don't know if it's rubbing against something down there or what.

and the wing is STAYIN OFF! ARR!

Alright I called the tint-spectrum place and he said it was $169 (may have been 165, he talked fast) /w a lifetime warranty, but I forgot to ask them how they did the dot matrix..lol. So tomorrow I'll call them and if they know to do the vinyl strip I'll see about bringing the car there thursday.
