**** edmuns and thier bullshit pricing, edmonds, bluebook, nada, they all say different stuff. lol Best bet is to look around and see what they are selling for.

If you look around here and check craigslist and the dealerships etc, 05+ GTs run about 22-23k, Machs with 50,000 miles are selling about 19k-20k, cobra termies for 24-25k, Ive seen 04 GT's around here listed for 18.5+ with an extra 10k miles on them. 05+ V6's still fetch 16k+

Mustangs hold value pretty well up here in colorado.

i KNOW i wont get 18.5, that is where i let people haggle me down to what i want so they feel they got a better deal. lol If it doesent sell within a month at 18.5 ill drop it down to 18. Honestly, if i cant get 17.5 for it, i would rather keep it.

The real trick is to take it out to a rich area with a for sale sign, im sure some rich kid will have mommy and daddy buy him the car he wants. lol. we have plenty of those.

I do have about 5,000 put into her. I know some people wont like the aftermarket stuff and opt for a stock mustang, but there are also people who might pay a little more just cause she already looks great and they dont have to do through the process of getting it all done. They already have a sick looking stang and all they really need is to supercharge her to have one mean bitch.

She is an 04 GT Auto Premium with Mach 1000, hell, she is 100% completely loaded with all options, 29,xxx miles, never been smoked in, never abused, always cleaned and maintained, adult owned, etc.

well, if i play my cards right i will have about 8,000 available to me around this time next year, i can pick up a foxbody, get full boltons, top end rebuild, and a blower and be pushin 400hp.

this car is just too expencive, i pay damn near 600 a month between payments and insurance. That 600 could go to a lot of better places right now.

she is just a car, i can always soop up another one, and when i do im gonna be all out on power rather than looks.

Yah he should be fine, he has a bad mytral valve that had to be replaced, and wouldnt ya know it, the replacement valve was bad. But he is still doing 100000% better, he spend half of his first 3 months inhibated and passed out full of tubes and stuff. They are gonna redo his surgery here in the next 4-5 months probably, and he will be in far better shape to handle than last time, and last time he just kicked *** all the way through. lol.

it's hard to get what you want for a car, even with bad *** mods. evo's in CO usually sell for 20-23ish. I dropped $10k on a brand new stroked motor. I'm trying to sell it for 25k...couple grand over market, and not a bite. sucks.

Honestly dude if i was in the market for an Evo and i diddnt personally know you i would probably look right past yours and go for a stock one. I think a lot of yer problem selling it is you have to live with the fact a lot of people will err on the side of caution and opt for one that is stock rather than buy one that is heavily sooped up.

I mean come on, yer gonna have to expect people to wonder why in the world would you spend 10k on a stroked motor and turn around in less than a year and try to sell it unless there was something wrong with it.


the good news, is that if i cant sell the stang, well, she will have a new front bumper, a non cracked cowl, and a fresh set of outer sills. so all in all everything wrong with her will be fixed

 

yeah it's been for sale. since the rebuild, i can't afford it. well I can, but I have no money. I'm probably gonna buy a truck..and a bike. and yeah most normal people would look past it, but it was built by a very reputable guy, and put together by a just as reputable shop. sure the engine blew. but the whole thing was replaced with a better one, and now it has 1/5th of the miles as the rest of the car.

half of me doesn't want to sell it anyways. this is my dream car.
