you will have alot more accel with 4.10's, if you plan on getting them then get a t-lock too . if you plan on keeping your 6'er then 4.10's and a t-lock is a good idea if you want a lil more "go". will have a fun time playing with it more

just orderd my Gear Install Kit yesterday, it says it will be deliverd tomorrow so everything is going in this weekend!

 

i just saw a pic of the windows before they got tinted almost in the same angle. so i just wanted to show it. lol well except in the 1st pic the car is pulled forward into the driveway and the 2nd it is backed up into it. also llooks at my headlights in the first 2 pics then look at them in the 3rd one . cleaned em up as good as i could.

well i really thought and wished my rear end parts would be installed by now. but g/f's dad is too busy and stuff so i went ahead and went to a shop and told them what i had and wanted done and they said aslong as everything fits it will only take 3-4hours(sameday install) and it would be next monday at 2pm. costs $200 for install.

thanks , i wish i knew how to uplaod videos. i have a camcorder that takes those mini dvd's but once im done videoing w/e im videoing idk how to upload it .

 

you have to put it on youtube or another hosting sight.

 

i mean i dont know how to get the disc to upload on the computer.

 

i had a video camera with the cd and it was a pain in the *** to say the lest.
i think you need a fire wire and the you have to wright the cd to windows movie maker or what ever your useing.

i took my video camera with the cd back and got one with the taps works much better and take better videos.

 

ohwell f'ing camcorder anyway .

i want to get new headlights but i'll prolly just throw blackout covers on them

the ******* front bumper paint is flaking off. it started when i was washing it w/the pressure washer.

 

also still waiting on my 3rd brakelight tint and side marker tint. both blackouts. gonna give stangmods a call tomorrow.

 

Your stang looks good overall, But you should think about replacing those headlights, it will look much better. And also I hate to be a fly in the ointment, But, Your rear bumber is off to the right. Not very noticeable unless your looking for it. There's a small gap difference where your trunk lid meets the bumper.. Probably not a problem but Someone else noticed it. Never really looked at mine as close.. But Just sayin.. In a couple of your pics, there is a noticeable ding on your rear quarter panel where it meets the trunk, right by the tailight, What happened there? That probably why it doesn't line up perfectly..

 

yeah, yeah, i'll be getting new ones soon. and i cant really tell about the bumper. and about a few months ago i was at g/fs house and someone had a moving trailer in the middle of the street and it was dark out and i was backing up and didnt see it and hit it.

 

dropped the car off this morning to get the gears and t-lock installed at 8a.m. should be done within 3-4hours. only costs 150-200$

 

got it back around 5:30pm . pretty awesome. cost 190$ install

 

nice now all you have to do is get the damn tips raised lol

Was the difference with the new gears and t-lok better than what you expected, or not as good? Im curious... Worth the money?

 

I honestly think you might have the award for most mods done in a small span of time. You've probably dropped more in then what your car cost...am I close?

 

Sean- it was what i expected, it gets up and goes now off the line especially when it hits 2nd.

Hokie- lol yeah and my 6'er was 7,500 + a few year B-B Warranty so it came out to 9G after said and done. i have $4,500 in the car since i got it last sept.9th. (first mod was in oct. then after christmas they really picked up from there)

it was also an unlucky day for a grandprix. **** came flying up right on my *** at a redlight, then got right beside me. his window was down and so was mine and i looked over and said "no *****" LMAO. he got mad and was wanting to go...so right at the green light i left him at the light still.

 

VERY NICE MAN!!!!! i plan on getting 4.10s over the summer. how much better is the 0-60 time with them?

3.8FTW- thanks and nice, ge them and a t-lock, you wont be disapointed and you deff. feel the difference. next mod will be an Xcal(3) to adjust the gear settings, cause right now if it says im doing 75mph on the speedometer my radar says im going 60mph so its about 12-15mph off. but you deff feel the "go"..i asked my g/f if she felt the diff(st time shes been in it was today snce i got it done) and she deff. feels it to she said(it actually throws ya back in the seat now ha.) especially when you go into 2nd and hit the gas .

Hokie- the 1st 6 pics were infront of our house and the other 3 were around the bloack and no, it was a 2way road(country roads ha) then the other 2 were at home(obviously) lol.

 

Try to do a burnout in those 315' drag radials.. haha
