Default Race Seats

Don't think I've posted this yet. Put these in about a month ago. They are Hunsaker Sports Seats. I got them in black cloth (actually nylon). They have memory foam in them and are very comfortable. Real Carbon Fiber wear patches. Paid 380.00 shipped to my door for the pair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone pondering race seats. Anyway, here are some pics. Oh, and before anyone asks, the shoulder straps on my harnesses are not bolted in. I'm waiting on Corbeau's new harness bar that comes out in april to bolt them down.

I modified (shortened) my factory seat tracks to fit, but the tracks that come with the seats allow you to move them forward or back, and yes, they have a recline lever like the factory seat.

You will have to fab up some sort of brackets. It's not hard to do. I used a cutting wheel and cut some track off the front of the tracks, then measured and rewelded the actual mounting brackets. It took all of about an hour to do both seats. Gotta know how to weld though or know someone who does to do what I did.

Take a number, I've got so many side jobs lined up I don't know what to do with myself.

You can pretty much see most of it in the pics. Here is on older pic showing the rest of the billet stuff. Have a different shift **** now and the center console is different now as well as the trim ring in the pic was silver plastic but is now billet..

yeah I read that. unless its thick, memory foam is worthless. and for under 400 shipped for BOTH seats AND brackets...I had to ask. cause that is cheap as hell. its either a great deal or the seats suck. they dont look like they suck.

I know what you mean. You don't sink into these like the advertisements for them beds on tv, but they are definitely more comfortable than any corbeau or sparco I've sat in.
