I have almost an Identical Car, from what i can tell its the same year.. and color.. i have the 1999 Mustang GT 35th Anniversary... i noticed the Emblem on your Fender... quite a few sweet mods you have added. If i had another one i would probally mod mine out.. but being a collectors eddition i try to keep mine as close to factory mod as possible.. with the exception of Dual Angel Eye Projectors i purchased online from AmericanMuscle.
All i can say is... it looks very sweet!.. since mines primarily identical.. with the exception of the modifications you added...

This is some of the Detail packages it stated on the info i recieved when i purchased it off the (Capital Ford) Carlot.. the one i purchased was inside on the show room floor... a few other things i got with the purchase was a Leather Keychain, with a sterling Silver Mustang Symbol(identicle to the fender symbols) on the keychain that represents 35th Anniversary.. also the car came with a full package detail .. with a book "Mustang Chronicles" celebrating the history of 35years of Mustang.. One last thing off the top of my Head.. when i open the Trunk there is a Chrome Plaque in the Trunk which is shown for authenticate purposes.. ill have to wait for my wife to get home so i can see which one it is.. but it states Limited Collectors issue # out of ###,### Production...etc..etc if i remember correctly the # of the car was 126 out of ??? i dont remember.. but ill check on it soon as she gets home.
the 35th anniversary Pony Logo wasnt added onto every 1999 Mustang GT.. Ford only added them to the First production of the 99 year models.. which was the 1st half of the year... to Honor the basis of the original Mustang 1964 1/2.. all mustangs made after June of 1999 just had a normal GT symbol on the fender.. i personally know this because My brother Purchased a Mustang GT about 5 months after i got mine. Of Coarse maybe in certain areas of the United States a period of time after the half year date.. its possible for not all the collectors editions to have been sold.. Every Mustang that bares the 35th anniversary symbol by Factory Design are collectors edditions... its just there are a couple different types.. thats pretty much the difference between Equiped and fully equiped .. they are both Collectors edditons commemorating mustangs 35th anniversary.. its just whether or not you wanted to pay a couple more thousand for more bonus features.. thats pretty much it.. overall they both are valued the same.. -/+ 500-1000 or so value.. so not much a difference there.. and i got the Full bonus Collectors package.. and its not valued much more than the regular collectors eddition. Maybe in the future when it becomes a clasic (maybe) even if so.. the regular 35th will be right on its heels in value.. the Value Basis info i got from Ford Motor Co. i wanted to actually see the difference in values and Bluebook pricing and also info on the cars.
Add On Edit:
Ok Wife just got home.. i looked at the Plaque and it said.. Production Run 1999/white #126 of 515. afterwards i read up on the Productions and came up with these numbers
Total production was 4,628 vehicles.
Breakdowns by body style:
Coupe - 2318
Convertible - 2310.
Breakdowns by color:
Red - 1555
Black - 1299
Silver - 1259
White - 515
So if im not Mistaken White has the Lowest Production of them all... i didnt realize that.. thats pretty cool though.. Learn something new everyday.. i hadnt really been to concerned about the details of the car.. i just jumped on it when they released the 35th anniversary. iv always been a fan of mustangs.. my very 1st car was a 1967 Gt500..
