what makes you think those are 05 and up rims...they look like plain ole bullitts to me.

It's kinda hard to say, but they kinda do look like 05+Bullitts...who knows..

They look like 05+'s because of the centercap thats on there, but they are regular Bullitts. No one would go through all that trouble for 05-07 Bullitts that look worse than the 01-04's. Which really isn't saying much because they are all hideous.

the tire size is definitely closer to 05+ rims but I'll bet that they're 99-04 rims because of the way they sit in the wells...

Well, I just found out that '05 up rims CAN be used with a 3/4 spacer. So, chances are they are the '05 up Bullitts.

What about the other way around? Can a 99-04 bullitt, lets say a replica wheel from Americanmuscle, can they be put on a 05+?

those are definatly 05 bullits...they dont have as much lip and the actual spokes stick out further and look weird

pretty sure they can, but they would stick out.

I've seen 05+'s with 03-04 cobra wheels. So i guess they can fit.
