dat's a serious accident waiting to happen. He's nullified the little bit of rear braking power he had, massively increased weight and stress on the front end, thrown steering geometry completely to the dogs (tires probably don't last long), and to top it all off... with that little weight in the rear he'll spin out at the slightest traction loss (like when braking through a turn instead of before).
You'll see that car in a wrecking yard before long. Good riddance.
