Default Austin Area Stang GTG...

I went to the AAS saturday get together. They meet every saturday when the weather is good and this was the first time I've had a chance to go hang out. They're publishing an AAS calender, so the intent was to get as many of the members cars to show up. When I left, 8:30ish pm, there were 25 and another local club, MOCA (Mustang Owners Club of Austin) was just pulling in. MOCA had a Hill Country drive outing they were finishing. Anyway, here are a few pics...

There were some nice cars. I really liked the Texas DPS 5.0, my Mach1 is sitting between it and a DSG GT. There was also a another Yellow Mach1, it was Procharged, stock block automatic with a 3000 stall converter and 4.10 gears...wicked car, he wants to buy the rear FR500s from me and I'm wanting to get 18x10 black FR500s, so I'm pretty excited about that.

Yeah, the scoop looks out of place, it would definitely look better without it, certainly cleaner.

Looking at that Yellow Boss 302 really makes want to get hood pins for my mach, mainly to continue on with the retro feel of the car, but I'd have to get black ones instead of the chrome.
