This guy really needs to fix this

After Wilma hit I saw this guy at a gas station on a different part of town and today I spot him again. I guess he is not going to get this fixed. Must smell nice in there with all this rain.

woah, thats crazy as ****... WTF happened? Maybe he is waiting on a court case or something because that looks like some weird outside force did it...
