Default Can You Smell What The Rock Is Cooking?

WHAT A FRIGGIN DAY!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!!
I am in the process of putting some videos together as we speak. Below are some pics to enjoy.
First, a Mustang with Eibach Pro-Kit Springs, Mach 1 Shocks and Struts, Nitto 555 Extreme tires is NOT a race car! :shifty:
Second, first session of the day was 25 minutes and it roasted the rear brakes off the car. They were fine when I got there. Out of 6 events, I only ran 4 because it was too hard on my car. Took about 5,000 miles off the life of my tires, leaked fluid out of the rear diff vent, S/C leaked some oil, and overall, this is not what I wanted to do with my car.
Now, the good news, my instructor who rode with me was impressed and told me I am ready to go for my comp license now, that was a HUGE confidence builder. I mean, I know I can drive, but to have someone else tell you really swells the noodle (both of them). I may do one more event anyways just for ****s and giggles before going for my Comp License.
There were some fast **** race cars out there too. It was just an all around awesome day.
Car is home safe and sound.

Not for the Blue car. Makes no sense to put racing stuff on this car when it is needed on the other. I wont be running this car again at an HPDE event. Yes it was fun, but it hurt like hell to beat on it so bad.

110-115. I was hitting the rev limiter in 4th at the start-finish line, and then it fell flat on it's face once I switched into 5th. Damm TR3650.:censored:
With 3.73's and a T-5, I could have seen 140-150 EASY!
