CCM, if you look into the terminology used at the time 4V used to mean 4 venturi (4 barrel carb) and I don't imagine many peeps bought them without the 4V option.

Machs have traditionally had a special body package, wheels, interior, and the shaker hood scoop available. Apart from that they're just another heavy *** stang. As I recall, the equivalent arguement for <74 mutangs would have gone something like "if it ain't got 4 barrels, it ain't a mach" and that kind of crap would have started fights then too.
