For the price of an R32 you could get a Cobra. My neighbor actually has an R32 and about 4 months after he had purchased it the dealership called him back offering him $4000 more than he payed for it which was $28,000. They only put 2500 of them in the U.S. and the other half are in the Europe, very rare.

I HATE the new GTI's. I think they look like micro vans, just like the newer (but not brand new) Civic SI hatch backs. German engineering has really gone overboard. Even the Audi S4 look like s h i t from the front with their grills that hang low. :bash:

sorry... i think it looks almost as bad as the POS beetle...

looks like they shrank a mini van...
and how the windows angle up towards the back looks just plain stupid...
it looks noticably skinnier at the top then the bottem...
and it almost looks like if you were behind it you could see the rear tires cause there is almost no rear bumper on the thing...

I agree. The front angles look pretty good but once you see the back of it its all over. They definitely need to redo the back.

the door handles dont look right...
the stickers are gay
the turn signals on the mirrors are stupid
that little antenna looks like a little weiner
and the spoiler thing is just retarded...

You went to far there, the german's have created many badass cars from M-Benz's to Porsche's and lamborghini is a volkswagen division.

yeh i know... I for 1 really like the porsche designed flat (or "boxer") six engine...

I also like Mazda's (japan) rotary designed engine...

No doubt that countries other than the U.S. have come up with awesome engineering based car designes...
