I really like the REALLY clean look. Your back end is definitely one of a kind that no one's going to be able to copy! BTW, what % tint is that? I really like how you have a silver/black color scheme going everywhere.

?? The car is painted ?? I was actually thinking of getting the Cobra fold away mirrors that you are able to paint. I have had bad experiences with painted plastic like that and it eventually starting to chip away. The plan is to have silver Cobra mirrors since they still have a little black where they attach to the car.

That wouldn't by any chance be the interior plastic trim pieces would it?

No I don't have any of that painted. I had a truck with the same material on the door handles and mirrors. I had them painted and they started chipping and flaking over time. I didn't want that to happen again so I will just get the Cobra mirrors.

I was thinking about painting my mirrors, but I want the entire one piece mirror painted. Can you paint the plastic ones and still have them turn out good, or is there mirrors I can buy that are of dif material so I can paint. *help*

Heres what I want.

Looks like i will be buying some hood pins too. I just heard a couple of horror stories about the people that didnt have them. I like how you lined them up with the fog lights.

Very nice indeed! AS with what seems with about 10 other people that's the same hood and front bumper I am planning on getting. But, I don't think anyone else has black that is planning on doing it though!

But like I said: Dead Sexy ride!

Looks very nice painted. I wanted a little bit of contrast though so I will get the Cobra's with the black seperating them from the car. Is your car an 04? Looks like 40th badges on it?

i wanted the cobra fold away mirrors but was too cheap to buy them. it is an 04 model. i took the badges off and replaced them with the 4.6 badges with the flags from MT

Use some ppg plastic adhesion promoter before you shoot the paint on, and you wont have a problem, Your Stang Looks Awesome
