Default New Pictures :)

Well I picked the car up yesterday afternoon from the body shop. I cleaned it up a lot today so I took some pics of the new work for you guys. The weather was pretty crappy so I am sorry if the pics aren't that great.

Looks good. How did the 05+ GT badges fit up? I thought they had different mounting points, or did the bodyshop fix that for you?

I had them fill the existing holes in because there were huge holes from the 35th badges. I put the new GT emblems on yesterday. I ground the back if it down and used the factory double sided tape and just put them on that way. So now if I ever decide to go badgeless, there will be no holes. Same with the 35th badge I put on the back. I got rid of all the plastic pieces sticking off the back and stuck it on.

I want to keep the 35th badge on it because I think it deserves to be on the car somewhere. I thought it looked good where it is and the thin red pinstripe just adds a little something so there is not a dead line between the black and silver. It is part of what is to come in the future. You will see.

AND I'M SURPRISED NOBODY HAS SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE SHAVED 3RD BRAKE LIGHT AND KEY HOLE???

Also I don't want it to be like every OTHER Mustang so I like to add my own ideas to the car. Little things make a big difference to me like the placement of the 35th badge, the simple red pinstripe, 05 GT emblems, shaving the 3rd brake light and trunk key hole.

Nothing wrong with a slight contrast in color. Knowing your artistic talent, there is definately something else to follow.

put the 35th badge undet the hood or something....I think it really ruins the shaved look that your goin for in the back, especially after you shaved the key hole and brake light...whats the point if you put a badge?
