cops dont have to do that in california. front window tint is illegal unless you have a doctors note saying otherwise.

 

street lights arent a very common thing here in delaware like it is in the bay area. the lumar tint i have now is easier to see out of then the old tint i had on my car. i replaced it with the same percent too.

i'm just saying - i live in california. i've lived in CALIFORNIA for 15 years. I know a lot of people with all their windows tinted; seen a ton of tinted rides - never had anyone pulled over and ticketed just for having the fronts tinted. And, like i said earlier, i know an ex-sheriff who said as long as the windows in the front are 1 shade lighter than the back, you are golden. so...... i wanna know where it says its illegal in CA to have the fronts tinted.

 

walk into ANY tinting place and read the huge sign on the wall that says "ANY tint on the front windows is ILLEGAL and by asking them to do it you take full responsibility".... Sheriffs and regular Police Officers will not hassle you about your tint depending on YOU. if your rolling around with your head shaved and bumping your rap music... you deserve way more then a ticket... but if your a normal polite civilian... you mostly likely wont get a ticket. CHP is a WHOLE nother story though... no matter what your screwed if they pay attention to it...


p.s. and mike... ill be the judge of this 20$ bet... f.y.i. if you do hit something you can expect to spend like 400$ getting it repaired...

my mom has 5% on her caddy and its like a normal window without tint. her boss had the car tinted so she doesnt know who did it. i lived in cali until i joined the air force and when i got my windows tinted our there the guy was beein a little girl and pointed to his sign and laws about window tint. my moms clients (old lady millinonaire) has a vision problem so my moms car is covered by the doctors letter. a few of my friends have got tickets for window tint all they got was a fix it ticket no biggy. even my mom got one because the cop didnt buy here doctors note he was a sheriff.

I def don't blare my my music or driver irradically. I've been pulled over for havug 20% tint before by a city officer. So if they care, they will pull u over.

dont blow things out of context here pal... first off i listen to rap to but i dont make my car rattle to it. and the shaved head people i was talking about are the gangbangers... big difference between a white guy who obeys the law and has respect for people and the gangbanger down the street who wont hesitate to rob you. stop being a drama queen and trying to make it a big deal. its obvious what i was referring to when i was talking about shaved heads and rap music...


p.s. also in the "military" they dont shave your head with a razor like i was referring to... they just give you a buzz cut when you first enter boot camp. after your graduate you just have to keep your hair below regulations. i to have short hair... but its not razor short like the gangbangers...
